The Mergers&Acquisition team of SSW led by Dr Paweł Chyb supported Dirlango Trading & Investments Limited in the process of joint-venture with Innova Capital, a private equity fund which is to invest in Netsprint S.A. and LeadR Sp. z o.o. (portfolio companies of Dirlango, a company controlled by Łukasz Wejchert and Maciej Żak).
Netsprint is a leader of technology marketing playing a major role in the development of the Polish advertising ecosystem in such areas as contextual advertising, content marketing, audience targeting, personalisation, e-commerce. The company was ranked in the 7th place among fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe. Meanwhile, LeadR is an interactive agency specialising in the implementation of direct marketing campaigns. As a result of the transaction Netsprint will merge with LeadR.
The work of the team was coordinated by Dr Paweł Chyb, legal counsel, Parter in the M&A Department of SSW. The project was also supported by Katarzyna Solarz who specialises, among other things, in advising on M&A issues.
