SSW advised OPAL EC on the acquisition of Galeria Pestka in Poznan

Another retail transaction completed by the SSW Real Estate team.

We are pleased to have advised on the acquisition of Galeria Pestka in Poznan, a well-established convenience shopping centre offering approximately 41,700 sqm of GLA, sold by Henley Investment Management Ltd to OPAL EC.

This transaction is another strong signal of continued investor appetite for high-performing retail assets in established locations. Properties benefiting from strong catchment areas, high occupancy levels and an everyday-needs-focused tenant mix continue to attract significant interest across the market.

The transaction was led by Andrzej Włoch, Karolina Ostrowska and Maja Wardzyńska from the SSW Real Estate team.
