SSW advised Zedra Malta Limited

SSW lawyers advised Zedra Malta Limited on a transaction involving the acquisition of 100% shares in Awans Corporate Services sp. z o.o.

Zedra Malta Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Zedra Group, a global provider of Active Wealth, Corporate and Fund solutions.

SSW managed all legal and tax issues connected with the transaction. This involved everything from conducting due diligence to preparing and successfully negotiating the transactional documentation. SSW Family Office also supported the Client in the financial part of the deal.

The SSW M&A team was led by dr Paweł Chyb, partner, while the tax team was led by Tomasz Wickel, partner. The project team also included other key members: Adam Pawlisz, senior associate, supported by Marcin Gutkowski, junior associate (both handled transactional aspects), Rafał Łapiński, associate (tax aspects), Michał Trzęsimiech, corporate finance manager and Rafał Kmiecik, financial analyst (financial aspects).
