SSW advised Wave Properties Polska on the sale of an office property in Krakow

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Wave Properties Polska in the sale of Adama Asynka 9, a fully-renovated historical office property located in the heart of Krakow city centre, just a few steps from the Old Town square.

The Adama Asynka 9 was constructed in 1894 and renovated in 2013. The Property provides a strong and stable, long term income stream from a well-established Scandinavian IT company.
