SSW advised Skinwallet on their stock exchange debut on NewConnect

SSW acted as a legal advisor in the NewConnect stock exchange debut of Skinwallet. It’s the first company of its kind on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, operating on the video games digital goods market.

The most popular digital goods traded by the company are “skins”, i.e. visual modifications of weapons and characters used in games. They change how the character or item looks, but not its properties and statistics. Skins are an important tool for players’ customizing their characters. Currently, Skinwallet purchases the virtual goods from the players offering them instant money transfers, and sells the goods after a grace period, with 15-20% profit.

The company is currently working on a marketplace platform for the digital goods. Skinwallet will provide access to a safe, fraud-protected platform for trading digital goods from games and profit from collecting commissions on conducted transactions.

SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as a legal advisor throughout the process. Congratulations to our client and our team team: Szymon Okoń, Ph.D. (SSW partner), Michał Badowski (SSW partner), supported by Dawid Brudzisz (associate) and Witold Oszczanowski (junior associate).
