SSW advised Skanska S.A. on a transaction concerning the sale to Colas Polska sp. z o.o. of certain assets used by Skanska S.A. at 11 locations in the asphalt production business.

SSW advised Skanska S.A. on the full range of legal matters (M&A, real estate, environmental, employment) and partially in terms of the tax aspects of the transaction, particularly on preparing and successfully negotiating the transactional documentation. We advised Skanska S.A. during a very complex interim period and right up until the closing of the transaction.
