SSW advised on the issuing of shares in Modern Commerce S.A., worth PLN 80 million

Modern Commerce owns online premium fashion and accessories stores. Funds from the share issue will primarily be used to finalize the acquisition of the operator of a network of exclusive boutiques Moliera2 and the moliera2.com online store.

SSW’s Capital Markets team provided corporate support, prepared the offer documentation and advised on the issuing of shares.

Simultaneously, our Intellectual Property/Data Protection teams supported the client in drafting and finalizing the T&Cs for the provision of electronic services, the provision of electronic content and the moliera2.com store user account. They also advised on personal data protection.
