SSW advised on the Ekobilet investment

SSW Pragmatic Solutions lawyers acted as a legal advisor to CofounderZone – a Venture Capital fund selected in the PFR Biznest FIZ programme, managed by the state-owned group PFR Ventures. The CofounderZone fund decided to invest in shares of Ekobilet S.A. – the owner of an innovative technology platform for selling tickets to artistic and sporting events.

The support offered by SSW included legal advice provided during negotiations of an investment agreement between CofounderZone and Ekobilet. This is yet another advisory project successfully completed by SSW lawyers to support VC funds investing their means in promising business ventures.
