SSW experts advised Neowiz, a Korean game developer/publisher, on the acquisition of a minority stake in BLANK. Game Studios. Neowiz invested $17 million in the Polish developer.

Neowiz was founded in 1997. It has a diverse lineup of games, varying from indie to AAA productions. It is based in South Korea with subsidiaries in the USA and Japan. BLANK. Game Studios is a Polish game studio, founded by Mateusz Kanik, Mikołaj Marchewka, Jędrzej Mróz and Marcin Jefimow.
