SSW advised KOM-EKO S.A. in the acquisition of Lubelska Agencja Ochrony Środowiska S.A.

SSW’s lawyers advised KOM-EKO S.A. (part of the Value4Capital group) on a transaction involving the acquisition of 69.46% of shares in Lubelska Agencja Ochrony Środowiska S.A.

KOM-EKO S.A. was founded in 1994 and focuses on waste management and cleaning services, mainly in the city of Lublin and other parts of the Lubelskie Voivodeship. 

SSW managed all legal and tax issues connected with the transaction. This involved everything from conducting due diligence to preparing and successfully negotiating the transactional documentation.
