SSW advised during the sale of BTS warehouse properties in southern Poland

SSW Pragmatic Solutions Lawyers comprehensively advised a leading Polish warehouse developer in concluding an agreement covering the sale of a portfolio of build-to-suit properties. They were purchased by a private investment vehicle.

The real estate team, led by Maciej Duch with the support of Paweł Śliwka, provided comprehensive support and counsel for the vendor, during the drafting and finalization of the agreement. The agreement also included the refinancing of the previous senior debt for the construction of the properties and obtaining tax rulings.
