SSW advised Bank Pekao S.A. on the acquisition financing for Enterprise Investors

SSW advised Bank Pekao S.A. on the acquisition financing for Enterprise Investors in respect of the acquisition of majority shares in Snap Outdoor, and on working capital and capital/acquisition financing for the target. The target is a distributor of mountaineering and climbing equipment and the owner of 8a.pl – the most popular e-commerce platform in Poland dedicated to active tourism and mountain sports.
