SSW advised 7R on the sale of two warehouses in Upper Silesia 

The portfolio consists of two warehouse buildings, located in Siemianowice Śląskie and Sosnowiec. The total GLA of the transaction amounts to over 22,500 sqm. The properties were purchased by M7 Real Estate, on behalf of M7 CEREF II Fund. 

The property in Siemianowice Śląskie, built in 2018, is an A-class warehouse located in Siemianowice Business Park. The warehouse is leased to two tenants. 

The property in Sosnowiec, constructed in 2015, is a modern office and warehouse building. The property offers convenient solutions for employees and tenants, such as spacious parking for cars and easy public transport access, with stops right next door. Due to the location of the warehouse, the office part and the showroom are also rented by companies that do not occupy warehouse space directly.
