SSW acted as the legal advisor in the sale of the Diamante Plaza office building

SSW Pragmatic Solutions lawyers advised Aldesa Construcciones on the sale and refinancing of Cracow-based Diamante Plaza. The new owner of the building is Catalyst Capital fund.

Diamante Plaza is a class A office building located in Zabłocie – a rapidly growing district of Cracow. Both corporate tenants and public administration tenants appreciate the building’s convenient location and the top quality design. Diamante Plaza offers 11,000 square metres of GLA of office and commercial space arranged on four floors. The building is now 100% leased.
