SSW acted as the advisor in the implementation of a large-scale warehouse investment in Lublin

SSW Pragmatic Solutions lawyers comprehensively advised a leading Polish developer operating in the warehouse real estate sector in concluding an agreement covering the development, together with an external investor, of a new warehouse investment in Lublin. Total planned leaseable area is approx. 110,000 sq. m.

The real estate team, led by Maciej Duch with the support of Paweł Śliwka, provided comprehensive advice in agreeing the general business conditions by the parties (term sheet) and subsequent agreement on the content of so-called development management concerning cooperation in the implementation of investments by the Parties.
