SSW acted as a legal advisor in the sale of 100% of shares in PePe to Brammer (Rubix Group)

The owners of “PePe” sp. z o.o. have completed the sale of shares in the company to Brammer S.A., part of Rubix Group. PePe is a supplier of the stainless steel solutions and components used primarily in the food and processing industries, as well as a provider of grinding of steel elements services.

Rubix Group is Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services.

PePe will become part of Rubix Poland and continue to operate independently, while providing a strong platform for Rubix Group development in the CEE region. Our Clients will remain in their roles managing the company and will continue to support its further growth.
