“Self-Government Will Lose on New VAT Settlement” – the article in the Rzeczpospolita daily with a commentary by Agnieszka Pajurek

On 25 February 2015, Rzeczpospolita daily published the article on the new interpretation by tax authorities that considers cultural events organised by communes as VAT exempt and at the same time limits self-government’s possibility to regain the tax on expenditures paid for that purpose.
