Robert Wodzyński joins the ranks of SSW

Robert Wodzyński (Real Estate) – an experienced lawyer who has been associated with the firm for years – has joined the ranks of SSW partners. 

Robert Wodzyński is involved in many real estate and construction projects. He is also a leading member (project owner) of a team of SSW and Kyndryl (formerly IBM) experts involved in building an artificial intelligence-based platform for comprehensive, fully automated document analysis – Aquila Solutions. 

Robert specialises in providing comprehensive advice on real estate acquisitions (including greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as developed warehouse, industrial, retail and office properties), development management projects (DMA), joint venture (JV) transactions, real estate financing, as well as retail, warehouse, industrial and office leases. He also advises on negotiating construction project documentation, such as design work contracts, construction contracts (including B&D) and other construction contracts.
