Rafał Grochowski and his team join SSW
SSW’s Banking and finance law practice has been joined by a team led by Rafał Grochowski, a new partner. The team includes Joanna Sępkowska (Senior Managing Associate), Anna Kuczewska (Senior Managing Associate), Martyna Komorniczak (Senior Associate) and Monika Knothe-Pierwienis (Associate). Their scope of advice focuses on infrastructure financing and debt capital market.
Rafał specialises in providing legal advice to Polish and foreign banks in the field of financing of infrastructure projects, enterprises (project finance, property finance) and issuance of debt instruments. He also has experience in the areas of capital markets, infrastructure and energy projects, natural resources, as well as securities and public companies.
Joanna advises in the areas of capital markets, infrastructure and energy projects, natural resources, securities and public companies. In particular, she supports Polish and foreign banks in infrastructure projects and debt issue.
Anna advises on projects related to the financing of infrastructure projects. She specialises in transaction banking, with a particular focus on projects financed by local governments and municipal companies, as well as investments financed through bond issue.
Martyna is an expert in legal advice in the areas of transaction banking and capital markets, with a particular focus on loan transactions and bond issue. She specialises in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including the financing of infrastructure projects.
Monika advises in the areas of transaction banking and capital markets, with a particular focus on loan transactions and bond issue. She advises Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions, local government units, private equity funds and entrepreneurs.
