PWEA, along with experts from the SSW, K&L Gates law firms and DNB Bank, invites to the seminar “Investor’s Guide after a successful RES auction”.
The Energy Regulatory Office on November 21, 2018 announced the results of the RES auction (here).
As a result of this auction, over 41.996 TWh of electricity worth over 8.238 billion PLN were sold, offered as part of 31 offers submitted by 23 generators. The minimum price at which electricity was sold at the auction AZ / 6/2018 is PLN 157.80 / MWh, and the maximum sale price is PLN 216.99 / MWh. The average weighted price of all winning offers was PLN 196.17 / MWh.
Dominik Strzałkowski will speak about practical aspects concerning sales of projects after winning the auction and about the method of determining energy thresholds in a specific billing period and penalties for non-implementation of certain thresholds and the moment of joining the support system and the method of counting the support period.
