“Provisions of the rules and regulations do not affect tax obligations” – an article in Rzeczpospolita with a commentary by Przemysław Szabat

On 28 May 2015, Rzeczpospolita published an article analysing the latest judgment by the Voivodeship Administrative Court which decided that for an entrepreneur who grants loans outside the banking system, adding mark-ups, the income is generated as a rule on the day of performance of the service.
