Ten Square Games S.A. is one of the largest producers and developers of mobile and browser games in Poland. The Company was established in 2011 by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal, who earlier created the social portal Nasza Klasa (nk.pl) and successfully implemented free-to-play games there. The Company specialises in hobby-related games. Its new game, “Fishing Clash”, achieved global success during the first months after the premiere and distanced earlier work of the studio, “Let’s Fish” which, until then, was the most popular fishing game all over the world.
The prospectus was prepared by the lawyers from the capital markets law team. The works of the team were managed by dr Szymon Okoń, partner in the capital markets law team of SSW, supported by attorney Katarzyna Jaroszyńska.
Ten Square Games S.A. is planning its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May. According to the estimates, the offering may reach even PLN 100 million.
