On 2 January 2013, the www.iareporter.com website published the article co-authored by Filip Balcerzak on making public of decisions in arbitration proceedings in which the Republic of Poland is a defendant based on international treaties concerning support and protection of investments. The material describes the decision of the Provincial Administrative Court issued in result of a complaint of one of non-government organisations which, based on the Servier against Poland case, instituted procedure to make arbitration decisions public.
