New Partner at SSW: Renata Patoka joins the M&A practice

Renata Patoka joins SSW as an advocate specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial companies law and the restructuring of capital groups.

She has many years of experience advising on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including investment transactions, restructurings (both domestic and foreign entities) and due diligence projects concerning various industries.
