New owner of the Szucha 6 property

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the CC83 Closed Investment Fund of Private Assets on the acquisition of an office building at Ul. Szucha 6 in Warsaw from the Griffin Real Estate group.

The transaction included the acquisition under the share deal formula of a 100% of company shares in a special purpose vehicle that owns the property, the restructuring of its intra-group debt and the takeover of existing bank financing by the Fund.

The building that is the subject of the transaction is a three-storey palace built in 1925 adapted for office space. The tenants of the building include companies from the Griffin Real Estate group.
