Movie Games S.A. prospectus approved by the PFSA. SSW experts advised on the process

On December 16, 2022 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus regarding transferring the listing of Movie Games S.A. from the alternative  NewConnect market to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.  

Movie Games is a Polish video game publisher with a global reach.  The company was founded in 2016 by Mateusz Wcześniak. It has released such titles as Lust for Darkness, Drug Dealer Simulator, and The Beast Inside.  

The prospectus was prepared by SSW lawyers from the capital markets team with the support of the SSW Finance. The work  was led by PhD  Szymon Okoń (Partner), supported by Dawid Brudzisz (Senior Managing Associate) and Urszula Śleszycka (Associate). Kinga Regulska-Hofses (Corporate Finance Manager) and Rafał Kmiecik (Senior Financial Analyst) were involved on the part of the SSW Finance team.
