On 25 March, a seminar titled “Potential actions by wind investors under adverse market developments” was held in Toruń. The event was organised by the Polish Wind Energy Association (PSEW) and the Association of Small Wind Farms.
A presentation titled “Taxation of wind farms with property tax -legal environment, current interpretations, judicial decisions and possible measures” was delivered by Marcin Muchowski.
