Maciej Kruś, Ph.D., gave a lecture at the “Arbitrariness in Administrative Law” conference

On 2 April 2014, Maciej Kruś, Ph.D., took part in the “Arbitrariness in Administrative Law” scientific conference where he was a co-host of the presentation on the urban planning contest – the issue whether it could be one of instruments used to establish the purpose of the land and conditions of its development.
