On 16 September 2015, at the offices of the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw, a debate titled “Relief for the Courts, Empowerment of the Attorney” was held. The debate was attended by Janusz Mazurek, legal counsel and Partner at SSW Law Firm, and concerned changes to the regulations governing the remuneration of legal counsels and attorneys for representation of a lawsuit, weather appointed by the court or chosen by the defendant.
