During the upcoming tax breakfast scheduled for 7 February (Tuesday) between 9:30 and 11:00 at the SSW's offices in Warsaw (Rondo ONZ 1 – 12th floor), we are going to present the practical aspects of the recently introduced reverse-charged VAT in the construction industry, including, among other things, the discussion of the principles for the new VAT reverse-charge mechanism and risks resulting from the artificial contract sharing with subcontractors.
The discussion will be led by Łukasz Karpiesiuk – Partner of SSW and tax advisor and Sławomir Mikołajuk – attorney at law, Senior Associate in SSW.
