International cooperation between SSW Pragmatic Solutions and Schnittker Möllmann Partners

SSW Pragmatic Solutions had the opportunity to cooperate with our German colleagues from Schnittker Möllmann Partners in advising in a Polish-German cross-border deal for ARIA Private Equity.   

Polish private equity investor, ARIA Private Equity, invested in Inuru – a company providing comprehensive and innovative solutions for electronic packaging. Our Client was the leading investor in the financing round. Total volume of transaction was EUR 2 million.

The Mergers and Acquisitions Team, led by Sebastian Ponikowski with the support of Marta Szymczyk provided comprehensive legal services related to the investment agreement.
