“Incorrectly transferred money beyond recovery” – an article in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna with Dr Szymon Okoń’s commentary

On 27 January 2015, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna published an article discussing the issue of incorrect bank transfers from which money cannot be recovered in the light of the existing provisions of the banking law.
