While Wind Energy Hamburg is underway, certain important developments have been made in the Polish renewable energy market. A tender for new large onshore and PV installations is soon to be announced, with a budget of EUR 3.7bn, and a volume threshold of 45TWh. This could result in approximately 1GW of newly-installed capacity in onshore wind, and up to 750MW in PV.
