“How to draw up agreements for the supply of agricultural products” – article by Michał Badowski and Katarzyna Walusiak in Rzeczpospolita

On 8 September 2017, Rzeczpospolita published an article authored by Michał Badowski and Katarzyna Walusiak, concerning the amendment of the Act on Agricultural Market Agency and organisation of certain agricultural markets, which came into force on 22 August 2017. The amended act sets forth, among other things, more specific regulations concerning the obligation to enter into written agreements for the supply of agricultural products.
