Filip Balcerzak will speak at a conference at the Washington College of Law
Filip will participate in a conference entitled “Interpreting the Unwritten Word. Custom and Its Interpretation in International Investment Law” organized by Center on International Commercial Arbitration at the American University, Washington College of Law.
The event takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, 20-21 September 2023.
Our arbitration expert will participate in panel 4: Custom and its Interpretation in International Investment Law – Current Challenges. He will speak about The Role of Custom in International Investment Law Remedies: the Curious Case of Natural Resources.
The conference will analyze and discuss the connection between customary international law (CIL) and International Investment Law.
