Filip Balcerzak, Ph. D. joins the list of arbitrators of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center

Filip Balcerzak, partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions joined the list of arbitrators of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center.

International disputes between companies are often a long and complex process. The local legal systems and courts might not be well suited to the situation and not experienced in particular issues. In arbitration, the parties can reach rapid results and solve the conflict, with the support of expert arbitrators.

EDAC, with its head office in Ankara, aims to assist in solving the disputes between companies in Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa regarding Energy and Infrastructure Law.
