Filip Balcerzak, Partner at SSW is the author of Chapter 4: Jurisdiction and Admissibility in Investment Treaty Arbitration – A Human Rights Perspective in a book Investment Protection, Human Rights, and International Arbitration in Extraordinary Times. 

The publication is divided into twelve chapters and it shows the interplay between investment protection, human rights and international arbitration. The co-authors analyse different thematic interfaces of this interaction in order to develop a context-specific understanding.
