On 22 April 2014, the IAPP newsletter published the article by Joanna Tomaszewska Ph.D., on the judgement of the Supreme Administrative Court confirming that the function of data safety administrator (ABI) in a company can be performed by a specifically assigned physical person and not a legal person featuring multi-person structure.
