Cezary Pyszkowski joined SSW Finance

Cezary Pyszkowski joined SSW Finance. He is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the area of capital markets, management and strategic planning, which he gained while executing transactions both on the local capital markets and managing companies operating on global markets.

In his professional career he was, among others, responsible for the implementation of some of the largest mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, public issues of shares and debt instruments, calls for sale of shares, as well as preparation and implementation of green-field investments.

Among others he was a Member of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. directly supervising the automotive segment and investment activity of the Group, President of the Management Board of Boryszew Automotive Plastics and Managing Director in UniCredit Investment Banking.

The new partner, who has many years of experience as an entrepreneur, will certainly bring a fresh perspective to the transactions in which we support our customers. Cezary’s unique perspective and versatility will certainly strengthen SSW Finance, allowing us to better tailor our services to market trends.
