Capital Park S.A, a leading investor and developer operating on the real estate market in Poland placed an issue of K-series bearer shares for the total face value of EUR 15.67 million. The bonds were issued under a bond issue programme. The bond redemption date falls on 27 April 2020. The drafting of the documentation was led by lawyers from the SSW’s capital markets law team.
