BoomBit S.A. debut on the WSE. SSW Pragmatic Solutions team is the legal adviser to the Company in the public offering process

BoomBit S.A. debuted today on the main market of the WSE as the 461st company to be listed on the main market and a 4th year debutant!

1.3 million rights to shares and 6 million shares were introduced to trading. In the individual investors’  tranche, 70,500 securities were allocated with 1,300,000 new shares. Institutional investors were allocated the remaining part of the newly issued shares and the existing shareholders sold 550,000 shares

The IPO process was comprehensively supported by SSW lawyers from the capital markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń, Ph.D. (partner), supported by Tomasz Kwaśniewski (associate) and Dawid Brudzisz (associate).

Other key SSW specialists included Tomasz Wickel  (partner) and Przemysław Szabat (associate) from the tax team.

BoomBit is one of the largest mobile game publishers worldwide. The company was established in 2012, and currently has a strong market presence in the US, China, the United Kingdom, Slovakia and Poland. The company’s activity focuses on game production and publishing.

BoomBit Group has developed over 500 games for various app stores around the world. The most notable games so far are: Dancing Line, Darts Club, Tiny Gladiators and Build A Bridge.
