Another significant lease agreement for warehouse space (a logistics centre of a retail network) finalised by SSW!

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised a leading warehouse developer on the negotiation and conclusion of a lease agreement for warehouse space having a total area of approximately 30,000m2, executed in the build-to-suit formula. The lease was concluded with an operator within the food industry.

This represents another BTS project executed by the real estate department of SSW Pragmatic Solutions this year. Their total GLA amounts to nearly 100,000m2 (incl. 22,000m2 for an entity from the e-commerce sector, 33,000m2 and 12,000m2 for entities within the automotive sector).  

SSW’s consultancy services included, among others:

  • representing the landlord during negotiations with the tenant on the lease agreement,
  • ad hoc management of the lease agreement post-conclusion
  • preparing custom-designed solutions.
