SSW experts advised DK Lamin on selling 100% of shares to Coveris Group

On the 22nd of June 2023, Coveris signed the agreement for the acquisition of DK Lamin.

SSW experts served as a legal advisor to the seller, with Mateusz Rogoziński leading the team. He was supported by Aleksander Nicałek and Maciej Gajda.

Coveris is a European packaging company that manufactures paper- and plastic-based flexible packaging solutions for all types of products. It has a corporate office in Vienna and operates 29 sites in the EMEA region with a total of 4,100 employees.

DK Lamin is a Polish producer of high-end flexible packaging laminated films and converted products founded in 1990. With this transaction, the company has started the international expansion of the sales.
