SSW advised on a warehouse project in Modlin

SSW advised Waimea Holding on negotiating a Development Management Agreement and the associated documentation concerning a warehouse project near Warsaw-Modlin airport.

The first phase of the project, which will eventually consist of three phases, covers an area of 7.54 hectares and will include 38,000 sqm of warehouse space. The investor is Eika Asset Management. The value of this pahse is more than EUR 25 million.

The project was led by Robert Wodzyński, Partner, with the support of Joanna Berzyńska-Garal, Senior Associate.

Waimea Holding has been developing warehouse and production projects in Poland since 2010. Eika Asset Management is a Lithuanian investment management company specialising in commercial and residential property development.
