In April 2014, The book entitled “Frontiers of International Economic Law” was published. It contained the chapter by Filip Balcerzak on the issue of the amount of indemnity awarded in international arbitrage proceedings based on treaties on supporting and protecting investments and whether the arguments elated to human rights can influence the amount of such indemnity.
