Piotr specialises in the legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on logistics properties and real estate designated for the development and operation of renewable energy installations.
He supports clients in the preparation and execution of investment projects, particularly in connection with the acquisition and disposal of real estate and the establishment of legal title to property. He is also involved in legal due diligence reviews, analyses legal title to real estate, and assists the team in preparing transaction documentation. As part of his practice, Piotr advises both Polish and international clients.
