Kamil specialises in banking and finance, focusing his practice on real estate finance, project finance and the financing of corporate transactions. He advises on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, particularly those relating to the real estate and renewable energy sectors.
He has experience in the preparation and negotiation of financing and security documentation, as well as in coordinating pre-drawdown processes, including the verification and satisfaction of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent. He also assists clients with the signing and closing of transactions.
Kamil has been involved in numerous financing projects, acting for both borrowers and financing institutions.
