Rafał Łojszczyk joins SSW as Chief Growth Officer

Rafal Łojszczyk joins SSW in the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer.  Rafał will be instrumental in driving key strategic growth activities across the firm with particular focus on international business development, client relationships, and strategic partnerships globally.

Rafał brings a wealth of international commercial expertise, personality, and entrepreneurial drive.  Prior to joining SSW, Rafał held senior leadership and business development positions at world-class enterprises, including top-tier law firms and major global corporations, across the UK, Europe and Asia.

His appointment follows a series of recent strategic initiatives (including other high-impact hires that underscore the firm’s commitment to its clients, purpose, and innovation) aimed at driving sustainable growth and dynamically expanding its influence across key international markets.
