Implementing KSeF represents a fundamental change in document workflow for businesses. Invoices will only be issued in XML format and processed through the Ministry of Finance’s system. Lack of preparation can lead to errors, regulatory penalties, and, in some cases, criminal fiscal liability. It is essential to adapt accounting processes, IT systems, and internal procedures to ensure safe and efficient use of KSeF.
National e-Invoicing System (KSeF)
KSeF will become mandatory soon: from 1 February 2026 for the largest taxpayers, and from 1 April 2026 for most businesses. This is the biggest change in invoicing in years, and proper preparation is key. We help businesses navigate every step of the KSeF transition – from process analysis and procedural adjustments to staff training and ongoing advisory support – ensuring a smooth, risk-free rollout that keeps your business running seamlessly.
