On 13 April 2016, Dirlango Trading & Investments Limited, Mr Artur Banach and Mr Sebastian Białousz, on one side, and the private equity fund Innova Capital signed an agreement on investment in Netsprint S.A. and LeadR Sp. z o.o. (companies from the Dirlango portfolio controlled by Łukasz Wejchert and Maciej Żak).
On 23 June, the transaction came into effect and the leading Central European fund became a shareholder in Netsprint.
The Mergers and Acquisitions Team of Spaczyński, Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy sp.k. led by Dr Paweł Chyb supported Dirlango and minority shareholders in the joint-venture process with Innova Capital.
The team's work was led by Dr Paweł Chyb – attorney at law, Partner in the M&A Department of SSW, supported by Katarzyny Solarz (Associate), specialising, inter alia, in transaction advisory.
